A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto now held for State housing purposes is hereby set apart for police purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of April 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District containing 20·6 perches, situated in the Borough of Waimate, Canterbury R.D., and being Lot 6, D.P. 18091, being part Rural Section 997. Part certificate of title, Volume 690, folio 97, Canterbury Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 25th day of March 1958.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for teachers’ residences; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of April 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of land in the South Auckland Land District containing together 3 roods 30·1 perches, situated in the Borough of Kawerau, being Lots 90, 125, and 126, D.P. S. 4503, and Lots 52 and 64, D.P. S. 4716, being parts Allotment 315, Parish of Matata. Part certificate of title, Volume 1206, folio 141, Auckland Land Registry.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 10·2 perches, situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Onehunga, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 9 of Allotment 13, Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155689 (S.O. 40607) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of land in the North Auckland Land District, situated in Block XV, Waitemata Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

0 1 0 Part Lot 17, D.P. 1267, being part Allotment 8A, Waipareira Parish.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 146626 (S.O. 38999) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 1 rood, situated in Block II, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Mount Wellington, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 106, D.P. 18101. All certificate of title, Volume 671, folio 271, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 31st day of March 1958.
