Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be deemed to have been Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 as from the 27th day of February 1958.

ALL that piece of land in the Hawke’s Bay Land District containing 3 roods 1·13 perches, situated in the Borough of Waipukurau, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and being Lots 35, 36, 37, and 38, D.P. 9336, part Block 16, Waipukurau Crown Grant District. Part certificate of title, H.B. Volume 59, folio 27.
