A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of road in the Otago Land District, situated in Block VI, Benger Survey District, Otago R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through

6 3 5 Part Section 40.
1 1 37 Section 37.
2 1 38 Clutha River.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155613 (S.O. 12524) and thereon coloured green.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, that road being no longer required.
SCHEDULE
ALL those pieces of Government road in the Gisborne Land District, situated in Block IV, Waikohu Survey District, Gisborne R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through
1 0 3} Part Lot 16, D.P. 1325, being part Pukepapa D
0 0 1} Block.
0 3 21 Lots 1 and 3, D.P. 3085, being part Te Karaka No. 1 Block.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155522 (S.O. 791) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
