A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a technical school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 31st day of March 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District containing 1 acre 2 roods 16·5 perches, situated in the City of Timaru, being Lots 421 to 427 (both inclusive), and part Lot 420, D.P. 1141, being part Rural Section 7555.
