Additional Land Taken for a Technical School in the City of Timaru


COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a technical school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 31st day of March 1958.


SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District containing 1 acre 2 roods 16·5 perches, situated in the City of Timaru, being Lots 421 to 427 (both inclusive), and part Lot 420, D.P. 1141, being part Rural Section 7555. All certificate of title, Volume 435, folio 198, Canterbury Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 20th day of March 1958.

ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 36·6 perches, situated in Block III, Rangitaiki Upper Survey District, being Lot 25, D.P. S. 4540, being part Allotment 142, Parish of Matata. Part certificate of title, Volume 801, folio 154, Auckland Land Registry.

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 36·2 perches, situated in Block II, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Mount Wellington, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 8, D.P. 42191. All certificate of title, Volume 1384, folio 86, Auckland Land Registry.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 1 acre 3 roods 18·2 perches, situated in Block XI, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part land on D.P. 6964, being part Clendons Grant; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155631 (S.O. 40625) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
