A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 31st day of March 1958.


SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 33 perches, situated in the Borough of Mount Maunganui, being Lot 115, D.P. 36003, being part Section 11, Block VII, Tauranga Survey District. Part certificate of title, Volume 929, folio 227, Auckland Land Registry.

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 1 rood 0·4 perches, situated in Block V, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 11A 5, Village of Mangere. Part deed index 25A 445, Auckland Land Registry; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.L. 13435 lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, and thereon edged red.

ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 11·7 perches; situated in Block XII, Puniu Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Maungatautari No. 6B 1C Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155622 (S.O. 39012) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington and thereon coloured yellow.

ALL that piece of land in the Otago Land District containing 11 perches, situated in Block V, Maungatua Survey District, Otago R.D., being part Lot 1, D.P. 2592, and being part Section 30; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155652 (S.O. 12515) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
