IN the Proclamation “Additional Land Taken for a Public School in the Borough of Opotiki” published in Gazette, 13 March 1958, No. 17, page 322, in the second line to the Schedule, for the words “30·22 perches, situated in the Borough of Picton,” read “16 perches, situated in the Borough of Opotiki,”.

Crown Land Set Apart for a Maori School in Block II, Whangaparaoa Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a Maori school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 31st day of March 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of Crown land in the Gisborne Land District containing 1 acre 3 roods 13·8 perches, situated in Block II, Whangaparaoa Survey District, Gisborne R.D., and being Section 3; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155521 (S.O. 5008) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 20th day of March 1958.

Land Held for State Housing Purposes Set Apart for Police Purposes (Residence) in the Borough of Te Awamutu

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for police purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 31st day of March 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District, situated in the Borough of Te Awamutu, containing 34·2 perches, being Lot 25, D.P. S. 1871 and being part Allotments 234 and 236, Parish of Mangapiko. Part certificate of title, Volume 1208, folio 110, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 20th day of March 1958.

Land Taken for Housing Purposes in the City of Lower Hutt

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Lower Hutt as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of March 1958.
