Easement Over Land Taken for the Purposes of a Public School in Block III, Shepherds Bush Survey District
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that an easement for the purposes of a public school is hereby taken over the land described in the Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen the full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to take water from the water race situated on the said land, and for that purpose to carry out any works that are deemed necessary by Her Majesty the Queen to provide an unpolluted and adequate supply of water to the land comprised in Reserve 3569, and secondly, the full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to convey water from the said water race along, under, or over the said land, such easement to be held appurtenant to the said Reserve 3569; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of January 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District containing 0·2 perches, situated in Block III, Shepherds Bush Survey District, Canterbury R.D., and being part Section 32, Hekeao Settlement; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153752 (S.O. 9087) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 19th day of December 1957.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, together with the party wall rights contained in memorandum of transfer No. 47410, Otago Land Registry, and subject to the rights contained in the said memorandum of transfer, for a technical school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of January 1958.

ALL that piece of land in the Otago Land District containing 30 perches, situated in Block XIII, Town of Dunedin, City of Dunedin, and being Lot 2, D.P. 42. All certificate of title, Volume 51, folio 152, Otago Land Registry.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken, and that the Crown land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby set apart, for a teacher’s residence; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of January 1958.
FIRST SCHEDULE
ALL those pieces of land in the Wellington Land District, situated in Block XIV, Ngamatea Survey District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

SECOND SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of Crown land in the Wellington Land District containing 31·6 perches, situated in Block XIV, Ngamatea Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part closed road; coloured blue on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154090 (S.O. 23878) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of Part II of the Housing Improvement Act 1945, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of January 1958.
