Land Taken, Subject as to Parts to Certain Reservations, for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes in Blocks III and IV, Kaitawa Survey District, and Block IX, Waitohu Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto, subject to the reservations as to coal, gold, and silver, as endorsed on the respective certificates of title, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for soil conservation and river control purposes, and shall vest in the Manawatu Catchment Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of January 1958.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for police purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of January 1958.
SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 1 rood, situated in the Borough of Pahiatua, Wellington R.D., being Lot 12, D.P. 300, being part Section 17 of Block VIII, Mangahao Survey District. All certificate of title, Volume 398, folio 225, Wellington Land Registry.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, together with the drainage rights created in and by Deed No. 97006, Auckland Land Registry, appurtenant to the land fifthly described in the said Schedule, for the purposes of education of the blind; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of January 1958.
