Crown Land Set Apart for a Public School in the Town of Collingwood
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of January 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL those pieces of Crown land in the Nelson Land District, situated in the County of Golden Bay, Nelson R.D., described as follows:

0 2 4·1 Section 397, Town of Collingwood; coloured orange on plan.
0 0 16 Section 398, Town of Collingwood; coloured blue on plan.
0 2 21·3 Part Section 95, Town of Collingwood; coloured blue on plan.
0 1 10·8 Part Section 96, Town of Collingwood; coloured sepia on plan.
0 0 2·1 Part Section 97, Town of Collingwood; coloured blue on plan.
0 0 39·3 Part Section 215, Town of Collingwood; coloured orange on plan.
0 0 8·7 Part Section 216, Town of Collingwood; coloured sepia on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154756 (S.O. 10026) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 19th day of December 1957.

Land Held for the Development of Water Power Set Apart for Road in Block XVI, Hokonui Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for the development of water power, is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of January 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Southland Land District containing 2·4 perches, situated in Block XVI, Hokonui Survey District, Southland R.D., and being part Lot 3, D.P. 1276; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 152908 (S.O. 6330) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of his Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 20th day of December 1957.

Land and an Easement Over Land, Taken for Water Works in the Town District of Ohura
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for water works; and also hereby declare that an easement is hereby taken over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto vesting in Her Majesty the Queen full and free liberty, right, licence, and authority in perpetuity to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, cleanse, repair, and maintain a line of water pipes under, along, or over the said land, and to convey water through the said pipes, such easement to be held appurtenant to the land described in the said First Schedule; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of January 1958.
FIRST SCHEDULE
ALL those pieces of land in the Taranaki Land District, situated in Block V, Ohura Survey District, Taranaki R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P. Being
0 0 1·9 Part Section 24.
0 2 31·5 Part Taurangi No. 4 Block.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154918 (S.O. 8859) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
SECOND SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Taranaki Land District containing 11·8 perches, situated in Block V, Ohura Survey District, Taranaki R.D., being part Taurangi No. 4 Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154918 (S.O. 8859) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for recreation ground and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors and Inhabitants of the County of Waitemata as from the date hereinafter mentioned: and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of January 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 2 roods 0·3 perches, situated in Block VI, Titirangi Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 53, Waikomiti Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155138 (S.O. 40405) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of January 1958.
