Additional Land Taken for a Public School in the City of Dunedin

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of March 1958.

SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Otago Land District containing 34·4 perches, situated in the City of Dunedin, Otago R.D., being part Lot 16, D.P. 23, being also part Section 104, Wakari Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155473 (S.O. 12564) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of March 1958.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of March 1958.

SCHEDULE
ALL those pieces of land in the Gisborne Land District, situated in Block III, Turanganui Survey District, Gisborne R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
2 3 25·2 Part Lot 6, D.P. 168, part Whataupoko No. 3 Block.
2 3 17·8 Part Lot 7, D.P. 168, part Whataupoko No. 3 Block.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155434 (S.O. 5017) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

ALL that piece of land in the Otago Land District containing 1 acre and 24 perches, situated in Block IV, Maruwenua Survey District, being Sections 8, 10, and 18, Block III, D.P. 218, extension of the Township of Duntroun, being also part Section 1; part certificate of title, Volume 155, folio 50, Otago Land Registry.

An Easement Over Land Taken for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Maori School in Motiti Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that an easement for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a Maori school is hereby taken over the land described in the Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen, first, the full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to take water from a well situated on the land first described in the said Schedule, and for that purpose to construct, use, and maintain a well and pump house thereon and to carry out any other works that are deemed necessary by Her Majesty the Queen to provide an unpolluted and adequate supply of water to the land taken for the purposes of a Maori school described in Proclamation No. 6106, Auckland Land Registry, and, secondly, the full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to convey water from the said well and pump house along, under, or over the land described in the said Schedule and for that purpose to lay, construct, place, and maintain a line of pipes along, under, or over the said land described in the said Schedule, such easement to be held appurtenant to the land taken for the purposes of a Maori school by the said Proclamation No. 6106; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of March 1958.

SCHEDULE
ALL those pieces of land in the South Auckland Land District, situated in Motiti Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
0 0 2·3 Part Motiti B 15 Block; coloured blue, edged blue on plan.
0 0 8·7 Part Motiti B 15 Block; coloured blue on plan.
0 0 0·2 Part Motiti B 16 Block; coloured yellow on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154522 (S.O. 38450) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
