COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a teacher's residence; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of March 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 32·7 perches, situated in Block VIII, Patetere South Survey District, being Lot 52, D.P. S. 2191, being part Tokoroa No. 1 Block. All certificate of title, Volume 1115, folio 39, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of March 1958.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a Public Works depot; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of March 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of additional land in the Gisborne Land District containing 3 roods, 6·4 perches, situated in Block VI, Turanganui Survey District, Gisborne R.D., and being part Awapuni A 1B Block. Balance certificate of title, Volume 96, folio 262.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 3 acres 2 roods 25·7 perches, situated in the City of Lower Hutt, Wellington R.D., being part Lot 7, Deeds Plan 65, being part Section 75, Hutt District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155588 (S.O. 23886) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 1 rood, situated in Block XIV, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Manurewa, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 15, D.P. 44472. Part certificate of title, Volume 1113, folio 54, Auckland Land Registry.
