Land Taken for a Police Station in the City of Auckland

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a police station; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of March 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District, situated in the City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P.
0 0 12 Part Lot 7, being part Allotments 9, 10, and 11, Section 28, City of Auckland. All certificate of title, Volume 14, folio 139, Auckland Land Registry.
0 0 13 Part Lots 6 and 7 of a subdivision into lots of Allotments 9, 10, and 11, Section 28, City of Auckland. All certificate of title, Volume 17, folio 92, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of March 1958.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for hospital purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of March 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District, containing 1 acre 2 roods 22·65 perches, situated in the City of Christchurch, being part Town Reserve 79 and Lot 4, D.P. 910 (part Town Reserve 101). All certificates of title, Volume 138, folio 170, and Volume 426, folio 95, Canterbury Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for health purposes (district nurse's residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of March 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Marlborough Land District containing 30·22 perches, situated in the Borough of Picton, Marlborough R.D., being Lot 12, D.P. 1628, being part Section 1125, Town of Picton. All certificate of title, Volume 56, folio 197, Marlborough Land Registry.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Nelson Land District containing 6 acres and 23 perches, situated in Block I, Steeples Survey District, Nelson R.D., being part Section 11; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155523 (S.O. 10028) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a pleasure ground and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of March 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 32 perches, situated in Block VII, Port Nicholson Survey District, Wellington R.D., being land reclaimed from the harbour of Port Nicholson; being part Reserve A, Evans Bay District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155476 (S.O. 23840) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of March 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Gisborne Land District containing 30·22 perches, situated in the Borough of Picton, Gisborne R.D., and being Lot 1, D.P. 3167, part Allotment 275, Section 2, Town of Opotiki. All certificate of title, Volume 82, folio 191.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of March 1958.
