Land Taken for Buildings of the General Government in the Borough of Green Island

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto, is hereby taken for buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of March 1958.

FIRST SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Otago Land District containing 1·53 perches, situated in Block V, Lower Kaikorai Survey District, Borough of Green Island, Otago R.D., and being part unnumbered Lot, D.P. 1730, being also part Section 72; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155369 (S.O. 12491) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

SECOND SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of land in the Otago Land District, situated in Block V, Lower Kaikorai Survey District, Borough of Green Island, described as follows:

1 0 15·88 Lots 8, 9, 10, and part Lots 2 and 4, Block I, D.P. 97, and Lot 4, Block VII, D.P. 948. Balance certificate of title, Volume 311, folio 87, Otago Land Registry.
0 2 31·8 Lots 4, 5, and 5A, Block V, D.P. 97. All certificate of title, Volume 136, folio 75, Otago Land Registry.
0 1 39·99 Lot 6, Block V, D.P. 97. All certificate of title, Volume 329, folio 137, Otago Land Registry.
3 2 19·9 Lots 1, 2, 3, and 10, Block V, D.P. 97, and Lot 14 and part unnumbered Lot, D.P. 1730. All certificate of title, Volume 311, folio 88, Otago Land Registry.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto, together with the right of way created by memorandum of transfer No. 91603, Southland Land Registry, and that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Second Schedule hereto held from the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Bluff by Ernest Nichol Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Bluff, under lease No. 10104, Southland Land Registry, are hereby taken for post and telegraph purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of March 1958.

ALL those pieces of land in the Southland Land District, situated in Block I, Campbelltown Hundred, Borough of Bluff, described as follows:

SECOND SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Southland Land District, containing 27 perches, situated in Block XII, Town of Campbelltown, being part Section 3, and being also all the land contained in lease No. 10104, part certificate of title, Volume 20, folio 298, Southland Land Registry.
