A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the building-line restriction imposed by notice K. 32344, Auckland Land Registry, for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of March 1958.

ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 32·73 perches, situated in Block VIII, Patetere South Survey District, being Lot 15, D.P. 35994. (Town of Tokoroa Extension No. 12), being part Tokoroa No. 1 Block. All certificate of title, Volume 929, folio 211, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of March 1958.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby given for broadcasting purposes (studio); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of March 1958.

ALL that piece of land in the Taranaki Land District containing 18 perches, situated in the City of New Plymouth, Taranaki R.D., being part Lot 1, D.P. 5072, being part Sections 700 and 716, Town of New Plymouth; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155477 (S.O. 8877) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for river protection purposes and shall vest in the Hutt River Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of March 1958.

ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 16 acres 2 roods 7·9 perches, situated in Block IX, Belmont Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part land in A plan 2173, being part Section 48, Hutt District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155558 (S.O. 23912) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land first described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Edna May Moore, of Napier, widow, under and by virtue of Crown Lease No. 10214, and the leasehold estate in the land secondly described in the said Schedule, held from Her Majesty the Queen by John Charles Green, of Napier, carpenter, under and by virtue of Crown Lease No. 10215, and the leasehold estate in the land thirdly described in the said Schedule, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Maurice Perkis Sutherland, of Napier, poultry-keeper, under and by virtue of Crown Lease No. 10225, and the leasehold estate in the land fourthly described in the said Schedule, held from Her Majesty the Queen by John Ainsworth Hodgson, of Napier, farmer, under and by virtue of Crown Lease No. 10245, and the leasehold estate in the land fifthly described in the said Schedule, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Wilfred John Walton, of Napier, secretary, under and by virtue of Crown Lease No. 10246, and the leasehold estate in the land sixthly described in the said Schedule, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Leo Alvin Wagg, of Napier, farmer, under and by virtue of Crown Lease No. 10247, and the leasehold estate in the land seventhly described in the said Schedule, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Samuel Hughes, of Napier, farmer, under and by virtue of Crown Lease No. 10248, and the leasehold estate in the land eighthly described in the said Schedule, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Lilian White, of Napier, widow, under and by virtue of Crown Lease No. 10249, and the leasehold estate in the land ninthly described in the said Schedule, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Albert William Morrison Rowe, of Napier, engineer, under and by virtue of Crown Lease No. 10259, are hereby taken for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of March 1958.
