A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for police purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of March 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Southland Land District containing 26·6 perches, situated in Block I, Invercargill Hundred, City of Invercargill, being Lot 3, D.P. 4639. Part certificate of title, Volume 194, folio 53, Southland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of March 1958.

ALL that piece of land in the Hawke’s Bay Land District containing 39·98 perches, situated in the Borough of Dannevirke, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and being Lot 1, D.P. 9480, part Suburban Section 58, Dannevirke. Part certificate of title, H.B. Volume 144, folio 65.
