Crown Land Set Apart for State Housing Purposes in Block VII, Christchurch Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of March 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of Crown land in the Canterbury Land District containing 32 perches, situated in Block VII, Christchurch Survey District, and being Lot 4, D.P. 18001, being part Rural Section 1000. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 568, folio 37, Canterbury Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of March 1958.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of March 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of Crown land in the South Auckland Land District, Auckland R.D., containing 1 rood 37·1 perches, being part Section 42, Block VI, Galatea Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155490 (S.O. 38122) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart, subject to the building-line restriction contained in K. 58640, Auckland Land Registry, for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of March 1958.

ALL that piece of Crown land in the North Auckland Land District containing 37·2 perches, situated in Block VI, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Mount Wellington, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 83, D.P. 44205. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 1373, folio 16, Auckland Land Registry.
