Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land Subject as to Parts to Certain Rights

Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be deemed to have been Crown land for the purposes of the Land Act 1948 as from the 18th day of December 1957, subject as to Lots 1 and 7, D.P. 44769, to the agreements as to fencing contained in memoranda of transfer Nos. 37136, 40163, and 445987, Auckland Land Registry, subject as to Lot 3, D.P. 44769, to the building-line restriction contained in notice K. 60077, Auckland Land Registry, and subject as to parts Lots 1, 2, 5, 6, and 7, D.P. 44769, to the drainage easement in gross created in and by memorandum of transfer No. 593254, Auckland Land Registry.

SCHEDULE

All that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 1 acre 1 rood 22·9 perches, situated in Block XIV, Waitemata Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being Lots 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, and 7, D.P. 44769. All certificate of title, Volume 1524, folio 2, Auckland Land Registry.
