Retention of Title of "Honourable"
It is hereby notified that Her Majesty the Queen has been pleased to approve of the retention of the title of "Honourable" by the Hon. Sir Joseph Stanton, lately a Judge of the Supreme Court of New Zealand.

Licensing Henry Trevor Parry to Use and Occupy a Part of the Foreshore at Pukapuka Creek as a Site for a Bridge and Roadway
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits Henry Trevor Parry (hereinafter called the licensee; which term shall include his administrators, executors or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction), to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and land below low-water mark in Pukapuka Creek, as shown on plan marked M.D. 10173 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of erecting and maintaining thereon a bridge and roadway as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE

This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1940, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of January 1958.

The premium payable by the licensee shall be five pounds (£5) and the annual sum so payable ten pounds (£10).

Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work to be Crown Land Subject as to Parts to Certain Rights
