Licensing Te Anau Boating Club to Use and Occupy a Part of the Bed of the Lake at Bluegum Point, Lake Te Anau as a Site for a Jetty
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby authorises and permits the Te Anau Boating Club (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the bed of the lake at Bluegum Point, Lake Te Anau, as shown on plan marked M.D. 10223 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of erecting and maintaining a jetty thereon, as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
- This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1940, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
- The premium payable by the licensee shall be five pounds (£5) and the annual sum so payable three pounds (£3).
- The jetty shall be lighted.
- The licensee shall not be entitled to any compensation in respect of any loss arising from the alteration of the lake level for hydro-electric purposes.
- The term of this licence shall be fourteen years from the 1st day of February 1958.

Licensing Panmure Yacht and Boating Club (Incorporated) to Use and Occupy a Part of the Foreshore on the Tamaki River at Panmure as a Site for a Clubhouse, Protecting Wall, and Two Grids
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits Panmure Yacht and Boating Club (hereinafter called the Club, which term shall include its successors or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and land below low-water mark at Panmure, on the Tamaki River, as shown on plans marked M.D. 7317, M.D. 7787, M.D. 7942, M.D. 8121, and M.D. 9456 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of erecting and maintaining thereon a clubhouse, protecting wall, and two grids, as shown on the said plans, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
- This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1940, and the provisions of these regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
- The term of the licence shall be fourteen years from the 1st day of March 1958.
- The premium payable by the licensee shall be two pounds (£2) and the annual sum so payable three pounds (£3).

Licensing Nelson Fisheries and Cool Storage Ltd. to Use and Occupy a Part of the Foreshore in Westport Harbour as a Site for a Fish Packaging Building
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits Nelson Fisheries and Cool Storage Ltd. (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and land below low-water mark in Westport Harbour as a site for a fish packaging building as shown on plan marked M.D. 10311 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE

This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1940 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of February 1958.

Neither the Crown, the Marine Department, nor any of its officers shall, in any circumstances whatsoever, be liable for or responsible to make good any damage or loss which may result to the licensee directly or indirectly from or in respect of the licence hereby granted, including damage or loss from the use of any structures or piles at present on the foreshore or below high-water mark or from the use, navigation, or management of any dredge or other vessel.

Nothing herein contained, except in so far as this licence expressly authorises any construction, shall authorise or permit the licensee to interfere with any access available to the public along the old railway formation or on to the floating basin from the south.

The premium payable by the licensee shall be five pounds (£5) and the annual sum so payable ten pounds (£10).

Licensing George Whiu Sturmey to Use and Occupy a Part of the Waitotara River as a Site for a Suspension Bridge
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits George Whiu Sturmey (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include his administrators, executors, or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the Waitotara River, as shown on plan marked M.D. 10323 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of a suspension bridge as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

- This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1940 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

Notice of Intention to Take Land in Block XII, Waikouaiti Survey District, for a Public School
NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work, to wit, the construction of a public school, and for the purpose of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post office at Karitane and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well grounded objections to the taking of the said land, set forth the same in writing and send such writing within forty days from the first publication of this notice to the Minister of Works at Wellington.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Otago Land District, containing 5 acres 2 roods 10 perches, situated in Block XII, Waikouaiti Survey District, Otago R.D., and being Section 2; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155076 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

ALL that piece of land in the Otago Land District containing 34·6 perches, situated in Block IV, Maruwenua Survey District, Otago R.D., being part of the land known as Ward's farm, and being also Lot 12, Block III, D.P. 218, Extension of the Township of Duntroon, and being also part Country section 1; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155358 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
