Revoking a Notice Declaring Land Taken for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land Subject to a Building-line Restriction

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby revokes the notice dated the 14th day of June 1957 and published in the Gazette, 20 June 1957, No. 46, page 1195, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Christchurch as No. 461480, declaring land taken for a Government work and not required for that purpose to be Crown land subject to a building-line restriction.
