Change of the Purpose of Reserves to Recreation Purposes and Addition of the Reserves to the Beachlands Domain

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purposes of the reserves described in the Schedule hereto from reserves for plantation purposes to reserves for recreation purposes, and, further, declares the said reserves to be a public domain subject to the provisions of Part III of the said Act, to form part of the Beachlands Domain to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Greymouth Borough Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over Reserves

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Greymouth Borough Council and revokes the reservation over the lands described in the Schedule hereto as reserves for the purpose specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the said lands.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve, Specifying the Manner of Disposal, and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation for road purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and, further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Christchurch City Council in such manner, at such price, and on such terms and conditions as the City Council shall determine, the proceeds of any such sale to be used and applied in or towards the purchase or development of other land for public purposes.

Revoking Licence Authorising Te Anau Boating Club to Use and Occupy a Part of the Bed of the Lake at Bluegum Point, Lake Te Anau, as a Site for a Jetty

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby revokes the notice of the 30th day of August 1957, published in the Gazette, 5 September 1957, No. 64, page 1624, licensing Te Anau Boating Club to use and occupy a part of the foreshore at Bluegum Point, Lake Te Anau, as a site for a jetty, as shown on plan marked M.D. 10223 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington.
