PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the borrowing by the local authorities mentioned in the Schedule hereto by way of loan of the whole or any part of the respective amounts specified in that Schedule.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Empowering (Aviation Encouragement) Act 1929, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER

  1. (1) This order may be cited as the Dargaville (Awakino) Aerodrome Establishment Order 1958.
    (2) This order is additional to and not in derogation of the Dargaville Aerodrome Establishment Order 1955.*
  2. Consent is hereby given to the establishment and maintenance by the Hobson County Council on the land described in the Schedule hereto and known as the Dargaville (Awakino) Aerodrome.
    SCHEDULE
  3. All that parcel of land containing 5 acres, more or less, being part of Lot 14, Deposited Plan 36083, Kaihu 2B No. 1 Block, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 943, folio 103, Auckland Registry.
  4. All that parcel of land containing 4 acres 2 roods 16.1 perches, more or less, being Lot 13, Deposited Plan 36083, Kaihu 2B No. 1 Block, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 943, folio 102, Auckland Registry.
  5. All that parcel of land containing 24 acres and 20.1 perches, more or less, being part of Lot 3, Deposited Plan 36083, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 943, folio 237, Auckland Registry.
  6. All that land containing 15 acres, more or less, being part of Lot 15, Deposited Plan 36083, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 943, folio 253, Auckland Registry

    The Western Side of Portion of Brougham Street and the Southern Side of Portion of King Street in the City of New Plymouth Exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928

    ORDER IN COUNCIL
    At the Government House at Wellington this 19th day of February 1958
    Present:
    HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
    PURSUANT to section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby approves of the resolution passed by the New Plymouth City Council on the 16th day of December 1957 and set out in the First Schedule hereto, in so far as it affects the sides and portions of streets described in the Second Schedule hereto.
    FIRST SCHEDULE
    "THE New Plymouth City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of New Plymouth, by resolution declares that the provisions of section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928 shall not apply:
    (a) To the western side of the portion of Brougham Street adjoining part B and Sub. A, D.P. 1154, being parts Sections 2339 and 647 and Lots 2 and 5, D.P. 1256, part Section 647, Town of New Plymouth, and being part of the land in certificate of title, Volume 158, folio 119, and the whole of the land in certificates of title, Volume 34, folio 216, and Volume 55, folio 115, Taranaki Registry; nor
    (b) To the southern side of the portion of King Street adjoining Lot 1, D.P. 4780, parts 5 and B, D.P. 1154, being parts Sections 2339 and 647, Town of New Plymouth, and part Mangaotuku Stream Bed, and being the whole of the land in certificate of title, Volume 158, folio 119, Taranaki Registry."
    SECOND SCHEDULE
    THE western side of all that portion of street in the Taranaki Land District, City of New Plymouth, known as Brougham Street, fronting part B and Sub. A, D.P. 1154, being parts Sections 2339 and 647, and Lots 2 and 5, D.P. 1256, part Section 647, Town of New Plymouth.
    Also the southern side of all that portion of street in the said land district and city, known as King Street, fronting Lot 1, D.P. 4780, parts Lot 5 and Sub B, D.P. 1154, being parts Sections 2339 and 647, Town of New Plymouth, and part Mangaotuku Stream Bed.
    As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155402 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

    Declaring Road in Block XIV, Kaipara Survey District, to be Government Road

    ORDER IN COUNCIL
    At the Government House at Wellington this 19th day of February 1958
    Present:
    HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
    PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto, shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government road.
    SCHEDULE
    ALL that piece of road in the North Auckland Land District containing 1 rood 9 perches, situated in Block XIV, Kaipara Survey District, Auckland R.D., and adjoining Lots 2, 3, and 4, D.P. 347, being part Te Puna-A-Tangihua Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155201 (S.O. 40379) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
