A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
All those pieces of land in the North Auckland Land District, situated in Block V, Titirangi Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

Being
0 0 3 Part land on D.P. 5206, being part Allotment 369, Waikomiti Parish; coloured blue on plan.
0 0 0·9 Part land on D.P. 5206, being part Allotment 369, Waikomiti Parish; coloured yellow on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155377 (S.O. 40393) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 14th day of February 1958.

FIRST SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the Southland Land District containing 1 acre and 35 perches, situated in Block VII, Oreti Hundred, Southland R.D., being part Section 35; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155359 (S.O. 6332) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
SECOND SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the Southland Land District containing 4 acres 1 rood 9 perches, situated in Block IV, Winton Hundred, Southland R.D., being part Section 23; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155359 (S.O. 6332) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
