A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 24th day of February 1958.
SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the Gisborne Land District containing
1 rood 6-7 perches, situated in Block XV, Hangaroa Survey
District, Gisborne R.D., and being part Lot 1, D.P. 2880, part
Waihau No. 1 Block; as the same is more particularly delineated
on the plan marked P.W.D. 154906 (S.O. 4955)
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 14th day of February 1958.

the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington
as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 24th day of February 1958.
SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing
13-78 perches, situated in the City of Wellington,
Wellington R.D., being part Lot 65, Block IV, D.P. 1889,
being part Section 6, Evans Bay District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155347
(S.O. 23841) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works
at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

containing 2 roods 35·2 perches, situated in Blocks X and
XIV, Waitemata Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being
part Lot 109, D.P. 16942, being part Allotment 5A,
Waipareira Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated
on the plan marked P.W.D. 154735 (S.O. 39571) deposited in
the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured blue.
