Land Taken for State Housing Purposes in the City of New Plymouth

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of February 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Taranaki Land District containing 12 acres 1 rood 17·36 perches, situated in Block IV, Paritutu Survey District, City of New Plymouth, Taranaki R.D., being Lots 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, and part Lots 3, 4, 5, and 11, D.P. 1747, being part Maori Reserve 7, Fitzroy District. Balance certificate of title, Volume 59, folio 186; Taranaki Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State Housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of February 1958.

ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 3 roods 1·45 perches, situated in Block XI, Kairanga Survey District, City of Palmerston North, Wellington R.D., being part Lot 4, D.P. 16017, being part Hokowhitu Nos. 4 and 5; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155361 (S.O. 23948) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
