A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of February 1958.

SCHEDULE
All those pieces of land in the Wellington Land District, situated in Block XV, Makuri Survey District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P. Being
0 1 8·3 Part Section 17 of the said block; coloured sepia on plan.
0 2 9·8 Parts Section 13 of the said block; coloured blue 0 0 20·4 on plan.
0 1 33·8 Parts Section 19 of the said block; coloured 0 1 1·6 orange on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155338 (S.O. 23845) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
