PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for police purposes (resi-
dence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 17th day of February 1958.

Survey District, City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., and being

Land Registry, and the land described in the Second Schedule
hereto, is hereby taken for the purposes of a secondary school;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 17th day of February 1958.

taining 0·36 perches, situated in the City of Wellington, being
