Crown Land Set Apart, Subject as to Parts to Certain Rights,
for State Housing Purposes in the Borough of Mount
Wellington
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart, subject as to Lot
71, D.P. 44205, to the building-line restriction contained in
K. 58640, Auckland Land Registry, and subject as to Lot 47,
D.P. 44206, to Proclamation No. 12806, Auckland Land
Registry, defining the middle line of a motorway, for State
housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 17th day of February 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL those pieces of Crown land in the North Auckland Land
District, situated in Block VI, Otahuhu Survey District,
Borough of Mount Wellington, Auckland R.D., described as
follows:

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of public domain
described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a
public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the 17th day of February 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of public domain in the South Auckland Land
District containing 14 acres 1 rood, situated in Block X,
Paeroa Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Section 5,
Block III, Suburbs of Reporoa; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155273 (S.O.
38910) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a public school; and
I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 17th day of February 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Hawke's Bay Land District con-
taining 1 rood 16 perches, situated in Block XI, Tautane
Survey District, Hawke's Bay R.D., and being part Lot 52,
D.P. 272, being part Block I, Tautane Crown Grant District;
as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 155303 (S.O. 3010) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
blue.

hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for post and telegraph pur-
poses (line store and garage); and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take 'effect on and after the 17th day of
February 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL those pieces of land in the Wellington Land District,
situated in the Borough of Masterton, Wellington R.D.,
described as follows:

Being
0 0 19·35 Part Lot 111, D.P. 779; coloured sepia on plan.
0 0 26·9 Part Lot 112, D.P. 779; coloured blue on plan.

Titirangi Survey District, City of Auckland, Auckland R.D.,

of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

restriction imposed by Order in Council No. 12845, Auckland
Land Registry, for buildings of the General Government; and
I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 17th day of February 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District
containing 32·4 perches, situated in Block XV, Omapere Sur-
vey District, Borough of Kaikohe, Auckland R.D., and being
Lot 25, D.P. 36638. All certificate of title, Volume 1128, folio
31, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 5th day of February 1958.
