PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of December 1957.

ALL that piece of land in the Westland Land District containing 2 acres and 16 perches, situated in Block I, Otira Survey District, being Lot 17, D.P. 396, being part Rural Section 1440. Balance certificate of title, Volume 5, folio 1405, Westland Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, together with the benefit of the right to carry or convey water appurtenant thereto, created by Memorandum of Transfer No. 439247, Auckland Land Registry, for health purposes (district nurses’ residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of December 1957.
