Ltd., 31/8/57, Wellington”, read “Horlicks Pty. Ltd., 30/9/57, Wellington” and “Reliance Tyre and Rubber Co. (Manawatu) Ltd., 31/8/57, Palmerston North, Wanganui, Levin”, read “Reliance Tyre and Rubber Co. (Manawatu) Ltd., 30/9/57, Palmerston North, Wanganui, Levin”.

Crown Land Set Apart for a Post Office in the City of Hamilton


COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a post office; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of December 1957.


SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District, situated in the City of Hamilton, containing 7 perches, being Lot 5, D.P. S. 4570, being part Allotment 51, Te Rapa Parish. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 774, folio 139, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of December 1957.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for better utilisation, is hereby set apart for a police station; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of December 1957.


SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of land in the North Auckland Land District, situated in Block XVI, Waitemate Survey District, City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

0 0 12·2 Lot 2, D.P. 18505. Formerly all certificate of title, Volume 425, folio 174, Auckland Land Registry.
0 0 20 Allotment 2, Section 28, Town of Auckland, being more particularly shown on D.P. 19154. Formerly all certificate of title, Volume 433, folio 255, Auckland Land Registry.
