A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an automatic telephone
exchange; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 23rd day of December 1957.

SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District
containing 10·4 perches, situated in Block XII, Onewhero
Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Lot 2, D.P. S. 7,
and being part Allotment 42, Onewhero Parish; as the same
is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
155067 (S.O. 38826) deposited in the office of the Minister
of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for post and telegraph pur-
poses (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of December 1957.

SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District
containing 36·3 perches, situated in the Borough of Otoro-
hanga, being Lot 3, D.P. 21739, being part Allotment 15,
Block XXIII, Otorohanga Township. All certificate of title,
Volume 489, folio 119, Auckland Land Registry.

poses (line depot); and I also declare that this Proclamation

SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District
containing 2 roods 15·75 perches, situated in Block VII,
Mahurangi Survey District, Warkworth Town District, Auck-
land R.D., and being Lots 5, 6, and 7, D.P. 24113. All certifi-
cates of title, Volume 887, folio 18, and Volume 527, folio 95,
Auckland Land Registry.

Palmerston North

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land first described in
the Schedule hereto, together with the right of way created
by memorandum of transfer No. 333287, Wellington Land
Registry, and subject to the sewage easement created by
memorandum of transfer No. 59421, Wellington Land Registry,
and the land secondly and thirdly described in the said
Schedule, is hereby taken subject to the sewage easement
created by memorandum of transfer No. 59421, Wellington
Land Registry, and also as to the land thirdly described in
the said Schedule, to the sewage easement created by memo-
randum of transfer No. 164771, Wellington Land Registry,
for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of
December 1957.

SCHEDULE
All those pieces of land in the Wellington Land District,
situated in Block X, Kairanga Survey District, City of Pal-
merston North, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

coloured orange on plan.
19 1 15·8 Part Section 316, Township of Palmerston North;
coloured orange, edged orange, on plan.
23 1 6·8 Part Section 317, Township of Palmerston North;
coloured sepia on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 154969 (S.O. 23803) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above mentioned.
