Additional Land Taken for a Post Office in Block I, Waihou Survey District
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a post office; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of December 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District, Auckland R.D., containing 1·2 perches, being part Section 47, Block I, Waihou Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154928 (S.O. 38062) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow, edged yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 7th day of December 1957.

Land and Easements Over Land Taken for Sewage Treatment Purposes in the Township of Tokaanu
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for sewage treatment purposes; and I also hereby proclaim and declare that easements are hereby taken for sewage treatment purposes over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen, first, full and free liberty, right, licence, and authority in perpetuity to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, cleanse, repair, and maintain a line of sewer pipes and water pipes under, along, or over the said land and to convey sewage and water through the said pipes, and, secondly, full and free liberty, right, licence, and authority in perpetuity to construct and use a right of way with the right for Her Majesty’s servants, agents, and workmen from time to time and at all times hereafter to go, pass, and repass with or without horses or other animals or vehicles over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, and to maintain, repair, and keep open the said right of way for the purpose of providing access to the land described in the First Schedule hereto, such easements to be held appurtenant thereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of December 1957.
FIRST SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 28·3 perches, situated in Block X, Puketi Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Section 16B, Tokaanu Township, Block I; coloured yellow on plan.
SECOND SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 29·7 perches, situated in Block X, Puketi Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Section 16B, Tokaanu Township, Block I; coloured sepia on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153941 (S.O. 23818) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
