A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of December 1957.

ALL those pieces of land in the Canterbury Land District, situated in Block VI, Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury R.D., described as follows:

1 1 24·4 Part Lot 2, D.P. 16267, being part Section 7, Kaimahi Settlement; coloured sepia on plan.
8 0 2·5 Part Section 8, Kaimahi Settlement; coloured orange on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155049 (S.O. 9251) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes, subject as to the land described in the said First Schedule to Caveat X. 19128, Auckland Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of December 1957.
