A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of December 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District, containing 9·6 perches, situated in Block IV, Waitohu Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Muhunoa 3A 1E No. 1, Subdivision 1; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155006 (S.O. 23736) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 7th day of December 1957.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land first described in the Schedule hereto, held by Henry Dyer, of Rongotea, farmer, under and by virtue of deferred payment licence, Volume 386, folio 63, Wellington Land Registry, and the land secondly described in the said Schedule is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of December 1957.
