Additional Land Taken, Together with a Right of Way Appurtenant Thereto for a Public School in the Borough of Kaitaia

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto, together with the right of way created by memorandum of transfer No. 443717, Auckland Land Registry, is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of December 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of land in the North Auckland Land District, situated in Block V, Takahue Survey District, Borough of Kaitaia, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

Being

4 3 38·7 Part Lot 3, D.P. 29054, being part O.L.C. 7.
5 0 22·2 Part Lot 3, D.P. 29054, being part O.L.C. 7.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154993 (S.O. 40569) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a Maori school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of December 1957.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a teacher’s residence; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of December 1957.

ALL that piece of land in the Nelson Land District, containing 2 roods, situated in the Borough of Motueka, Nelson R.D., being Lot 3, D.P. 733, being part Section 167, District of Motueka. Part certificate of title, Volume 100, folio 117, Nelson Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of December 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District, containing 25 acres 2 roods 12 perches, situated in Block V, Belmont Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Section 47, Porirua District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155053 (S.O. 23794) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 32·1 perches, situated in Block IV, Mahurangi Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 6, Matakana Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154994 (S.O. 40555) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 4 acres 2 roods 35·2 perches, situated in Block XIV, Komakorau Survey District, City of Hamilton, Auckland R.D., being part Allotment 190 Kirikiriroa Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155012 (S.O. 38426) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington and thereon coloured yellow.
