THE RIGHT HON. K. J. HOLYOAKE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the borrowing by the local authorities mentioned in the Schedule hereto by way of loan of the whole or any part of the respective amounts specified in that Schedule.

Declaring Portions of the Redcliffs Farm Settlement Road in the Bay of Islands County to be a County Road

Present:
THE HON. J. R. MARSHALL PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.
SCHEDULE
First, all that portion of road in the North Auckland Land District, situated in Block VII, Kerikeri Survey District, Bay of Islands County, commencing at the south-eastern corner of Section 4, Block VII of the aforesaid Survey District, and proceeding thence in a northerly direction generally for a distance of approximately 24 chains and terminating at the north-eastern corner of the aforesaid Section 4.
Secondly, all that portion of road in the North Auckland Land District, situated in Blocks VII and VIII, Kerikeri Survey District, Bay of Islands County, commencing at the south-western boundary of Section 5, Block VII of the aforesaid Survey District, approximately 6 chains north-east of the north-eastern corner of Section 4, Block VII of the aforesaid Survey District, and proceeding thence in a north-easterly direction generally for a distance of approximately 172 chains and terminating at the north-western corner of Section 23, Block VIII, Kerikeri Survey District.
Thirdly, all that portion of road in the North Auckland Land District, situated in Block VIII, Kerikeri Survey District, Bay of Islands County, commencing at the westernmost corner of Section 23 of the aforesaid Block VIII, and proceeding thence in a south-easterly direction generally for a distance of approximately 83 chains and terminating at the southernmost corner of the aforesaid Section 23.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked P.W.D. 154854 (S.O. 39771) and P.W.D. 154855 (S.O. 39773) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked A-B, C-D, and E-F respectively.

THE HON. J. R. MARSHALL PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Lower Hutt City Council to lay off the proposed street first described in the Schedule hereto at a width of less than 66 ft., but not less than 50 ft., and the proposed street secondly and thirdly described in the Schedule hereto at a width for part of its length of less than 66 ft., but not less than 47 ft.

Those proposed streets in the Wellington Land District, City of Lower Hutt, containing by admeasurement the following areas, more or less:

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

THE RIGHT HON. K. J. HOLYOAKE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby sets apart the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto for the common use and benefit of the Maori owners thereof as a meeting place.
SCHEDULE
Hawke's Bay Land District
All that area of land situated in Block VIII, Nuhaka Survey District, containing 2 roods, more or less, and being all of the land known as Nuhaka 2D 2B 8A; as described by partition order of the Maori Land Court dated 4 July 1956, and as is more particularly delineated on the plan numbered M.A. 21/3/31 lodged at the Head Office of the Department of Maori Affairs, Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Revoking an Order in Council Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 439 (5) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby revokes the Order in Council made on 1 April 1936 and published in the Gazette, 2 April 1936, Vol. I, page 684, and affecting the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
All that area of land situate in the Tairawhiti Native Land Court District called or known as Nuhaka 2D 2B 8A Block, containing 1 rood, more or less, and being the whole of the land comprised in the partition order of the Native Land Court dated the 13th day of February 1932.
