A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL those pieces of land in the North Auckland Land District, situated in Block I, Wairoa Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

0 1 21·9 Part Allotment 22, Maraetai Parish; coloured blue on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154736 (S.O. 40251) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation Setting Apart Crown Land for Road in Block VII, Cloudy Bay Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 9th day of January 1956 and published in Gazette, 12 January 1956, Volume I, page 21, setting apart Crown land for road in Block VII, Cloudy Bay Survey District, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Thames Valley - Rotorua railway.

Allocating Land Taken for Railway Purposes at Putaruru to the Purposes of a Road

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become a road; and that the said road shall be under the control of the Matamata County Council and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.
