Land Taken and Stopped Government Road Set Apart for a Main Highway Depot in Block XV, Waiwera Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a main highway depot, and the stopped Government road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a main highway depot; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of November 1957.

FIRST SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 2 roods 22·1 perches, situated in Block XV, Waiwera Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 201, Parish of Pukeatua; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154396 (S.O. 40179) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works in Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

SECOND SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of stopped Government road in the North Auckland Land District containing 1 acre and 31 perches, situated in Block XV, Waiwera Survey District, Auckland R.D., and adjoining Allotment 201, Parish of Pukeatua; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154396 (S.O. 40179) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 4th day of November 1957.

Stopped Government Road in the City of Lower Hutt Set Apart for State Housing Purposes

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto being stopped Government road, is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of November 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of stopped Government road in the Wellington Land District, situated in Block XIV, Belmont Survey District, City of Lower Hutt, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through
0 1 15·24 Sections 1 to 25, and 34 to 53 (both inclusive), and Section 55, Block XLIV, Hutt Valley Settlement; coloured green on plan P.W.D. 120223. (S.O. 21091.)
0 1 4·02 Sections 14 to 27, 30 to 40, 46 to 48, and 60 to 72 (all inclusive), Block XXVIII, Hutt Valley Settlement; coloured green on plan P.W.D. 120224. (S.O. 21092.)

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above mentioned and deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District containing 4 perches, situated in Block X, Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being part Lot 17, D.P. 6141, being part Rural Section 160; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154712 (S.O. 9229) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 5th day of November 1957.

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 11 acres 3 roods 33 perches, situated in Block XV, Whangape Survey District, and Blocks II and III, Hokianga Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 7, L.T. Plan 43309. Part certificate of title, Volume 496, folio 196, Auckland Land Registry.
