Land Taken, Subject to a Certain Reservation, for an Automatic Telephone Exchange in the Borough of Huntly

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the reservation, contained in certificate of title, Volume 129, folio 217, Auckland Land Registry, in favour of the Taupiri Coal Mines Limited, of the exclusive right to mine for coal and other minerals, for an automatic telephone exchange; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of November 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 1 rood 27 perches, situated in the Borough of Huntly, being Lot 12, D.P. 1188, being part Allotment 51, Parish of Taupiri. All certificate of title, Volume 129, folio 217, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 5th day of November 1957.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of November 1957.

ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 31·3 perches, situated in Block VII, Rangitaiki Upper Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Lot 1, D.P. 34194, being part Omataroa No. 7B Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154725 (S.O. 38082) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
