Land and an Easement Over Land Taken for Police Purposes (Residence) in the Borough of Rotorua

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for police purposes (residence), and that an easement for police purposes (residence) is hereby taken over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto vesting in Her Majesty the Queen, full and free liberty, right, license, and authority in perpetuity to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, cleanse, repair, and maintain pipes along, under, or over the land described in the said Second Schedule, and to convey sewage through the said pipes, such easement to be held appurtenant to the land described in the said First Schedule; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of November 1957.

FIRST SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 19·3 perches, situated in Block I, Tarawera Survey District, Borough of Rotorua, being part Lot 10, D.P. 5074, being part Section 90, Suburbs of Rotorua. All certificate of title, Volume 1285, folio 19, Auckland Land Registry.

SECOND SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 1·7 perches, situated in Block I, Tarawera Survey District, Borough of Rotorua, Auckland R.D., being part Lot 10, D.P. 5074, being part Section 90, Suburbs of Rotorua; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154705 (S.O. 38692) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 4th day of November 1957.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of November 1957.
