Crown Land Set Apart for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment
of a Road in Block V, Aroha Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the use, con-
venience, or enjoyment of a road; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of
November 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of Crown land in the South Auckland Land
District containing 1 acre, situated in Block V, Aroha Survey
District, being Lot 4, D.P. 9744, being part Patuwhao Block.
Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 237, folio 174,
Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 5th day of November 1957.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of public reserve
described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect
on and after the 11th day of November 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Southland Land District con-
taining 8 perches, situated in Block I, Invercargill Hundred,
Southland R.D., being part Section 12; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154673
(S.O. 6352) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works
at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 4th day of November 1957.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a police station; and I
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 11th day of November 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District
containing 19Β·9 perches, situated in the City of Auckland,
Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 7 of Section 28,
Town of Auckland. All certificate of title, Volume 599, folio
61, Auckland Land Registry (limited as to parcels).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 5th day of November 1957.
