Land Taken for a Recreation Ground in Block X, Waitemata Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a recreation ground and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waitemata as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of November 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 3 roods 4·5 perches, situated in Block X, Waitemata Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 1, D.P. 15959, being part Allotment 5A, Waipareira Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154735 (S.O. 39571) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 5th day of November 1957.

An Easement over Land Taken for Water Supply Purposes in Block XIII, Wairere Survey District, Matamata County
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that an easement for water supply purposes is hereby taken over the land described in the Schedule hereto, vesting in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Matamata, the full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to take and convey water in full and unimpeded flow from the bore situated on part of the said land being Lot 1, D.P. S. 3024, being part Matamata South Block, to any part or parts of the said land, and for such purpose to place, erect, and maintain on the said land any bore, pumphouse, other equipment or improvements, and to do all acts and things deemed necessary to enable water to be so taken and conveyed, and the further right to lay, place, and maintain in and under the said land a line of pipes of an internal diameter of not more than 4 in., and the further right of way of ingress and regress for the Council, its agents, servants, and contractors, and others with or without implements, machinery, and vehicles of every description over and upon the said land for the purpose of repairing, renewing, or maintaining the said bore pump, pumphouse, or other buildings, equipment, or improvements or pipes erected or placed as aforesaid, and inspecting, cleansing, and maintaining the same in good order and condition; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of November 1957.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estates in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by Norman Vivian Newdick, of Auckland, hotel proprietor, under and by virtue of deed of lease No. 146, Auckland Land Registry, for a term commencing on 15 March 1875 and ending on 14 March 1974, and by virtue of deed of lease No. 117, Auckland Land Registry, for a term commencing on 1 August 1873 and ending on 31 July 1972, are hereby taken for the Auckland University College; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of November 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District, situated in the City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., and being Allotment 3 and part Allotment 2 of Subsection 3 of Section 13, City of Auckland. ALL that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District containing 1 acre, situated in Block X, Stonyhurst Survey District, being parts Lot 1, D.P. 1114, being part Rural Sections 10671 and 10672. All certificates of title, Volume 195, folio 113, and Volume 173, folio 268, Canterbury Land Registry.
SECOND SCHEDULE
