Land Taken for an Automatic Telephone Exchange and for Road in Block XV, Waitoa Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an automatic telephone exchange, and that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of November 1957.

FIRST SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 11 perches, situated in Block XV, Waitoa Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Lot 77A, D.P. 4522, being part Te Puringa No. 1 Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154670 (S.O. 38744) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

SECOND SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 3 perches, situated in Block XV, Waitoa Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Lot 77A, D.P. 4522, being part Te Puringa No. 1 Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154670 (S.O. 38744) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow, edged yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of October 1957.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of November 1957.
