Additional Land Taken for a Technical School in the City of Hamilton
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a technical school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of November 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL those pieces of land in the South Auckland Land District, situated in Block II, Hamilton Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P. Being
0 1 29·9 Part Allotment 308, Town of Hamilton West; coloured yellow on plan.
0 1 30·3 Part Allotment 307, Town of Hamilton West; coloured blue on plan.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154666 (S.O. 38542) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of November 1957.
