PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the lands described in the Schedule hereto as reserves for soil conservation and river control purposes.

Reservation of Land and Declaration That Same be Part of Winstone Park Domain

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for recreation purposes, and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve to be a public domain subject to the provisions of Part III of the last-mentioned Act to be part of the Winstone Park Domain to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for recreation purposes, and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the last-mentioned Act, to be part of the Mangaweka Domain to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.

Change of the Purpose of Reserves and Vesting in the Christchurch City Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserves described in the Schedule hereto from reserves for public purposes to reserves for recreation purposes, and further, vests the said reserves in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Christchurch, in trust, for the purpose of recreation.
