Change of the Purpose of a Reserve and Vesting Reserves in the Vincent County Council

———

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve described in the First Schedule hereto from a reserve for ferry purposes to a reserve for gravel purposes, and further, vests the reserves described in the Second Schedule hereto in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Vincent, in trust, for the purpose of gravel reserves.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

———

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation over that part of the reserve for road purposes described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Papatoetoe Borough Council in such manner, at such price, and on such terms and conditions as the Council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the Council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other public reserves under the control of the Council or in or towards the purchase of other land for public reserves.

Licensing Wilson Rothery Ltd. to Use and Occupy a Part of the Foreshore at Panmure as a Site for a Cattle Ramp

———

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits Wilson Rothery Ltd., of Auckland (hereinafter called the company, which term shall include its successors or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and land below low-water mark at Panmure as shown on plan marked M.D. 10271 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of erecting and maintaining thereon a cattle ramp as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the company upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1940, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

2. The term of the licence shall be fourteen years from the 1st day of October 1957.

3. The premium payable by the company shall be five pounds (£5) and the annual sum so payable three pounds (£3).
