PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in
the Schedule hereto, subject to the rights of way created by
transfers No. S. 98405, No. S. 94668, and No. S. 95533, and
to the building-line restriction imposed by notice No. S. 59389
and together with the benefit of the right of way reserved by
transfer No. S. 95533 (Auckland Registry) is hereby set apart
for railway purposes as from the 10th day of October 1957.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I,
Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of
New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become a street and that the said street shall be under the control of the Upper Hutt Borough Council and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 1 acre 2 roods 35.5 perches.

Pursuant to section 11 of the Housing Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the access way described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Hastings, and be under the control and management of the Hastings City Council.
