Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the road described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby closed and added to the land now held for a public school described in the Second and Third Schedules hereto.

All that piece of road in the North Auckland Land District containing 2 roods 0.06 perch, situated in Block IX, Kawakawa Survey District, Auckland R.D., and adjoining or passing through parts O.L.C. 55 and Lot 2, D.P. 27734, being part O.L.C. 55; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154533 (S.O. 39573) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
