1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land
described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim
as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

(S.O. 37274) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works
at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

ALL that piece of road in the South Auckland Land District
containing 2 acres 3 roods 11.4 perches, situated in Block IX,
Tauranga Survey District, Auckland R.D., and adjoining or
passing through part Allotment 196 on D.P. 19565, parts Allot-
ment 179 and Allotment 209, Te Puna Parish; as the same
is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
