A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of October 1957.

SCHEDULE
All those pieces of land in the South Auckland Land District, situated in Block II, Aongatete Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

0 0 12·5 Parts Allotment 52, Parish of Te Mania.
0 0 6·7 Parts Allotment 52, Parish of Te Mania.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154527 (S.O. 36142) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 7th day of October 1957.

All that piece of land in the Gisborne Land District containing 0·72 perches, situated in the City of Gisborne, Gisborne R.D., being Subdivision 3 of Lot 32, D.P. 1569, being part Whataupoko No. 3 Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154162 (S.O. 4981) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
